These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SixFYRE software platform and related services (“Platform” or “Services”) offered by Parelios LLC dba SixFYRE (“SixFYRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Platform.

  1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you agree to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  1. Platform Purpose

SixFYRE provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools to help small businesses automate marketing, manage customer relationships, and operate efficiently. Our platform includes features like CRM management, marketing automation, funnel builders, calendar booking, and communication tools.

You understand that SixFYRE licenses and customizes software infrastructure under a private-label model and does not guarantee results, earnings, or specific business outcomes from using the Services.

  1. Use of the Platform & Restrictions

    3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying source code or technology.

• Use the Services to send spam or engage in phishing, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

You are solely responsible for all data and content transmitted through your account and agree to comply with applicable laws.

3.2 Third-Party Services

SixFYRE may offer integrations with tools such as Google, Facebook, Stripe, Zoom, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or data loss stemming from these third-party providers.

  1. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

4.1 Plans & Pricing

Subscriptions are required to access SixFYRE Services. Pricing, features, and limits vary by plan and are posted on our website or provided in writing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

4.3 Cancellations

You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Access will remain until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.

  1. Content Ownership & Responsibility

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your data, content, and materials uploaded to the Platform.

5.2 License to Operate

You grant SixFYRE a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide services and support.

5.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of your content and agree not to upload anything that violates laws or infringes rights.

  1. Privacy & Security

6.1 Data Handling

We do not access or use customer data except to provide support, troubleshoot, or fulfill legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6.2 Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  1. Platform Access & Service Limitations

7.1 Availability

While we aim for high uptime, services may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. SixFYRE is not liable for disruptions.

7.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to change or discontinue features or services at our discretion with or without notice.

7.3 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy,

• Fail to pay fees or initiate chargebacks,

• Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.

Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SixFYRE to:

• Commit fraud or engage in deceptive practices,

• Send spam or unsolicited communications,

• Violate privacy or intellectual property laws,

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the Platform.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

  1. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform IP

All rights, titles, and interests in the platform, branding, and customizations by SixFYRE remain the intellectual property of Parelios LLC. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

9.2 Feedback

Any suggestions, comments, or ideas you provide may be used by SixFYRE without obligation or compensation.

  1. Payments, Add-Ons & Wallets

• You authorize recurring billing via your chosen method.

• Add-ons (like AI tools, SMS, onboarding) are billed as used or purchased.

• Wallet funds (e.g., for texting or calling) are non-refundable and must be maintained to avoid service interruption.

• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.

  1. Termination & Data Retention

• You may cancel at any time; we retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation.

• After 30 days, your content may be permanently deleted.

• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or legal issues.

  1. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States.

12.2 Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in Cache County, Utah under AAA rules. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

12.3 Attorneys’ Fees

The prevailing party in any legal action is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.

13.2 Electronic Consent

By using the platform, you consent to receive notices electronically via email or platform alerts.

• SixFYRE – Parelios LLC dba SixFYRE.

• Platform – The SaaS system and related tools offered by SixFYRE.

• Services – All functionalities provided within the platform.

• User – Any registered client or their authorized agents.

• Sub-Account – A client-specific configuration of the platform.

• Third-Party Services – Integrated tools not owned by SixFYRE.

• Content – Any data, files, or materials uploaded or created.

• Add-Ons – Optional features available for additional fees.

• Subscription – The selected paid access plan.
